Imperatif Effectively Partners With Non Automotive Industries

When Chris and I formed Imperatif in 2009, known then as Imperatif Automotive Customer Management, we had been focused solely on the Australian Automotive industry. In early 2013 we were approached by companies from many diverse industries who were interested in partnering with Imperatif in order to undertake similar functions to those we provided to the Automotive world, such as TeleMarketing, TeleSurveying and Electronic Marketing.

Initially, I felt unsure if our skills in the CRM, Call Centre and Automotive world would translate effectively into other industries such as training, real estate, charity and financial services. However, after long deliberation and a lot of planning, we were delighted to partner with some of these outstanding companies.

During 2013, we quickly realised that via utilising our cutting edge CRM and our professional TeleMarketing staff, alongside working hand-in-hand with other industries, we were able to replicate the fantastic success we have enjoyed with all of our automotive clients.

Due to the overwhelming success of these partnerships, Imperatif decided to alter our branding to be more inviting to other industries outside of our Automotive Industry beginnings. That’s not to say that we have forgotten our roots in the highly competitive world of Automotive, in fact it is very much the opposite, as we are still proud of our partnership with over 40 of Australia’s leading car dealerships.

We really hope you enjoy the new look of our website and also trust some of the content now and in the future, is relevant to you. I would love to hear any ideas, comments or suggestions you may have, so please feel free to drop me a line.
